In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail and click on the "Signatures" button. Click the "New" button to create a new placeholder signature. Name this new signature "Synercore" and hit "OK".
See below for instructions for your version of Windows.
Click the Search Icon (located next to your Start Button). In the Search Windows box, type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures and then press Enter.
Click Start. Next to the Shut Down button, in the Search programs and files box, type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures and then press Enter.
Click Start, click Run, type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures and then press Enter.
Within the Signature Folder you just opened, locate the file named Synercore.htm (The file type "HTM File" will display next to the name of the file in the right hand column) that you created in Step 1. Open it with Notepad. You may right-click on the file and select the option to open with Notepad.
Using the filter below, find your Signature, once you have it displayed click the "Get HTML" button below the generated signature. This will display a textbox with the HTML code.

Erase all content in the placeholder signature file you opened in Notepad, copy and paste your HTML signature code from above into the now empty Notepad. Hit File > Save and close the file.
In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures. On the right you will see a selection box "Email account", select your @synercore.co.za email address from this dropdown. Once selected, set both dropdowns "New Messages" and "Replies/Forwards" located below your email address to your new Synercore signature. This will ensure consistent application of your signature on all your messages.
You may now exit all dialog boxes by hitting the "OK" buttons in both.
